Founded in 2007, Quants quickly established itself as a leader in the construction industry. In 2012, Quants Project Management (Pty) Ltd was launched to further expand our services. During the global COVID-19 pandemic, we took the opportunity to rebrand, giving rise to Exe-Q-Cost (Pty) Ltd, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction sectors.

At Exe-Q-Cost, we are dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality services across all stages of the construction process—from concept development to subcontractor management.

We also specialize in innovative and sustainable construction solutions, including the Ikhaya Futurehouse Systems, and have extensive experience in the development of cannabis facilities and advanced agricultural systems like tunnels and hydroponics growth, including cloning, trimming, and more.
